Miracle Akusobi is the Managing Partner of Threshold Attorneys and an experienced legal practitioner admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and the Nigerian Bar. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Sheffield. His experience includes acting in disputes arising from ports concessions, energy and natural resources projects, banking and financial transactions, telecommunications arrangements, infrastructure projects, aviation matters, and large-scale commercial contracts. He has also advised on matters involving commodity trading, corporate investments, shareholder disputes, regulatory compliance, and the interpretation and enforcement of commercial agreements.
Alongside his disputes practice, Miracle regularly advises on domestic and international transactions and has substantial experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements.
